Licensed cosmetology educator, Program Director, salon owner, and Cosmetology Consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience in the beauty industry. 

His career has been dedicated to providing exceptional salon services, educating future cosmetologists, mentoring beauty professionals, consulting with salon owners, and helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses.

Recognized for his expertise in healthy hair care,

 natural hair, precision haircutting, color services, and client education, J. Jeff has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence throughout his career. His philosophy is simple: every client deserves personalized attention, outstanding service, and an experience that exceeds expectations.

Licensed in multiple states, J. Jeff has held numerous leadership positions within the beauty industry. He formerly served as the Program Director for Cosmetology at the College of Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina, where he provided academic leadership, mentored future cosmetologists, developed educational initiatives, and helped strengthen cosmetology program standards. 

During his tenure, he also earned an additional education license, further expanding his professional credentials and commitment to excellence in cosmetology education.

Before establishing Natural Brothers Boutique & Salon Suites, J. Jeff owned and operated upscale salons in Wallace & Wilmington North Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia. His salons became known for exceptional customer service, advanced haircare techniques, staff development, and creating opportunities for aspiring beauty professionals. 

His leadership experience in both the salon and corporate sectors strengthened his expertise in business operations, customer service, organizational leadership, and team development.

As a Cosmetology Consultant, J. Jeff has worked with salon owners, educators, and aspiring entrepreneurs to improve salon operations, strengthen business strategies, enhance educational programs, and elevate client service standards. His passion for mentoring has helped professionals build successful careers while promoting excellence throughout the beauty industry.

Today, J. Jeff is the visionary behind Natural Brothers Boutique & Salon Suites, an upscale salon suite concept designed to provide independent beauty professionals with a luxurious, professional environment where they can grow thriving businesses while delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Committed to lifelong learning and innovation, J. Jeff is currently pursuing a Registered Nursing (RN) degree. His long-term vision is to expand Natural Brothers by incorporating medical spa and wellness services, creating a premier destination that seamlessly blends luxury beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and healthcare.
